Yazio Charged My Bank Card Without My Consent - Ignored My Emails
The Yazio app withdrew 76,640 naira from my bank card without my knowledge or consent. This unauthorized transaction took place on 28.07.2025, and the registered email address associated with my account is elomato***@gmail.com. I did not initiate any subscription or automatic renewal, yet this amount was deducted from my account. Despite contacting the company multiple times via Gmail to request a refund, I have received no response. I urgently request a refund of the withdrawn amount and kindly ask for a prompt response and support regarding this matter.
