Yazio Charged Me Without My Consent - Ignores My Refund Emails

The Yazio app withdrew ₺841.68 from my bank card without my knowledge or consent. This unauthorized transaction took place on 04.08.2025, and the registered email address associated with my account is a********@gmail.com. I did not initiate any subscription or automatic renewal, yet this amount was deducted from my account. Despite contacting the company multiple times via Gmail to request a refund, I have received no response. I urgently request a refund of the withdrawn amount and kindly ask for a prompt response and support regarding this matter.
