Unban Request Regarding Missunderstanding About Gender Searching

I have been using Umingle on my Windows PC from Indonesia, and two days ago my account with the ID d717ef9e was suddenly banned for “Gender Searching.” The ban screen only shows that I am banned for this reason and even displays an “Instant Unban” option for Rp39,900, but it does not clearly state whether the ban is permanent or temporary, nor does it explain in detail what rule I supposedly violated. Just before the ban, the only message I sent was the sentence “I barely trust any man/boy.” This was a general expression of my personal opinion and trust issues, not a request about someone’s gender, not an attempt to target a specific user, and not an attempt to search for or filter people based on their gender. Because of that, I believe my message was misunderstood by the moderation system or was wrongly reported. I request that my ban be reviewed in detail and that my Umingle account with ID d717ef9e be unbanned as soon as possible. I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of how my message can be considered “Gender Searching” and for confirmation that I do not need to pay the “Instant Unban” fee, since I believe I have not violated the rules intentionally.
