On October 23, while using my Dyson V16 vacuum cleaner, the plastic part connecting the dust bin to the wand suddenly snapped in half, even though the vacuum had not been dropped, struck, scratched, or dented. The fact that this part broke during normal vacuuming was both surprising and extremely disappointing, raising serious concerns about the product's durability.

My vacuum cleaner is still under warranty, and the serial number is 7RD-EU-UKC5944A. I have also attached photos of the broken part to document the issue.

Since the part broke seemingly on its own, without any misuse or user error, I request that it be treated as a defective component and repaired or replaced free of charge under the warranty. I ask Dyson to resolve this issue promptly and provide me with a clear solution.
