Yazio Charged Me for Full Subscription – Can’t Find or Cancel Membership

I signed up for a Yazio subscription this morning, but now I can’t find my membership anywhere. I want to cancel it immediately, yet there is no way to contact support or manage my subscription.
Yazio advertises a monthly payment plan, but they charged the full amount at once, which is completely misleading. I do not want this service, and I demand an immediate cancellation and full refund.
Yazio, fix this now! If I do not receive a response soon, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Stop charging users unfairly and provide better customer support for cancellations!
