I Want to Cancel My Kompanion Subscription and Get a Refund

I want to cancel my Kompanion membership and get a full refund. I wasn’t aware that such a high amount would be withdrawn from my account, and honestly, I had no idea the service was this expensive. I didn’t receive any proper notice or clear explanation about the charge in advance.

I feel completely misled by this process. If I had known the true cost, I would have never signed up in the first place. This is not the kind of transparency I expect from a health and wellness platform.

Please cancel my subscription immediately and refund the money that was withdrawn. I made a mistake and now I’m being financially penalized for it. I might consider using the app again in the future, but for now, I demand that my money be returned without delay.
