I Face Hidden Subscription Charge on Yazio App

On April 10, 2026, around noon, I downloaded the Yazio app on my phone, assuming it was free. After entering the app, I answered questions such as my height and weight. Then a spinning wheel appeared on the screen, and after spinning it, a gift box screen opened. I simply tapped the “OK” button. After that, I continued using the app normally and logged the foods I had eaten.
However, without my knowledge, a Premium subscription was activated, and $9 was charged from the card linked to my Google account without any approval from me. I noticed this later the same evening while reviewing my account activity. When I tried to cancel the subscription through the app, the page would not load and kept redirecting me back to the home screen.
I then logged into my Google account, removed my saved card, and canceled the subscription on the same day, April 10, 2026. I do not use this app regularly, I did not intentionally purchase any paid subscription, and I canceled it immediately after noticing the issue. My user ID for the app is 9b16557b-070d-4ba1-a552-39c667e34f5, and the payment was made from my Yapı Kredi Bank card in Istanbul.
I request that the $9 charged to my card without my knowledge and explicit consent be refunded to me as soon as possible.

My refund still hasn't been processed, and not only has the refund not been made, but there has been no contact at all. Supposedly a full year's fee was taken and I was a Pro user until 10.04.2027. Even though they have taken the entire amount from me, I am not shown as a Pro user in the app right now; it says "continue using Pro" and when I click it, it asks for payment again. I don't want to pay for an app I don't use—please process my refund as soon as possible.
