I Cancelled Yazio Subscription Same Day but Still Charged
On April 3, I accidentally purchased a 1-year subscription in the Yazio calorie app, resulting in a charge of $30. As soon as I noticed the subscription, I canceled it on the same day. Since the app clearly stated “you can cancel anytime,” I assumed that canceling immediately would prevent any charges.
Despite this, I later received a notification stating that the fee would still be billed. I have not made any meaningful use of the app that would justify this charge. In fact, I cannot even access my account—I am unable to log in via email, Apple ID, or Google account. Even though I use the same credentials successfully on other platforms, I cannot access the Yazıyor app at all.
I also contacted Apple Support regarding this issue. Considering that I canceled the subscription immediately and have not been able to use the app at all, I do not find it fair to be charged $30. I request that this mistakenly purchased and promptly canceled annual subscription not be billed and that the entire transaction be fully canceled.
