On February 2, 2026, I downloaded the Yazio calorie tracking app on my iPhone 13. During the initial setup, the app asked for various personal details such as my height and weight, and then offered an annual subscription for a total of $30 (approximately $2.50 per month). Since the 3-month option appeared more expensive, I chose the 12-month plan, assuming it was more выгодный, and the $30 was charged to my account via Apple. My invoice date is February 2, 2026, and my order number is MX5X344VX8.
After completing the purchase, I attempted to log into the app using my Apple account, but due to a compatibility issue with my iPhone 13 and the app version, I was unable to access it. I then tried logging in using my long-time active email address via Google, but I received an “invalid email” error and still could not access the app. In other words, despite being charged for the subscription, I have been completely unable to activate my membership or use the service.
Even so, my account shows that the subscription will remain active until February 2027. Although I tried to cancel it within less than 24 hours, the subscription still appears active. In summary, I paid $30 for a service I cannot use, and I am unable to access the app through either Apple or Google login.
Since I cannot use the application at all, I request that the $30 charged to my account be refunded as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved urgently.
