Yapi Kredi Bank Currency Conversion Issue
On August 1st, I made an online purchase worth 2805 GBP and checked my currency statement while waiting for confirmation. Within 1-2 days, the purchase was approved. However, a customer service representative informed me today that the payment for this purchase would be made in Turkish Lira rather than the currency I used for the transaction. I'd like to settle the payment in the original currency without having to pay the USD to TL conversion fees. Because my currency account was open prior to the purchase approval, I request that this error be corrected. I will decide whether or not to continue my relationship with the bank based on their response to this matter. I urgently request that this matter be resolved.
