I was overcharged by approximately ₺700 for my booking, despite the receipt clearly showing the correct amount in TL. Ho...wever, when the payment was processed, a different, higher amount was charged to my card. This is completely unacceptable! Hotels.com needs to immediately refund the excess amount...
