Trendyol Compensation Request for Price Increase

I took out a shopping loan, but the product order didn’t appear in the system. My issue was supposedly resolved, and the money was credited to my account. However, the product I intended to buy has now increased by ₺1100. When I spoke with the bank and Trendyol, a representative brusquely explained that the issue was with Trendyol’s system and that I just needed to wait for it to be resolved. Today, the amount was refunded to my account.
I initially purchased the product, along with a 2-year warranty extension and a phone case, for ₺5076 before the holiday. Now, my cart total is ₺6170. I am requesting an apology for the system error and compensation for the financial loss I’ve incurred.
