My Money Has Not Been Refunded Yet!

On September 22, 2025, between 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM, I tried to deposit ₺3,200 using my Akbank debit card at Yapı Kredi ATM number 107175 located in the İstasyon neighborhood of Etimesgut, Ankara. The ATM took my money but did not complete the transaction. It displayed a message saying the cash was not detected and asked me to adjust it, but the cash drawer did not reopen, and I couldn’t get my money back. After the incident, I went to the Yapı Kredi branch, where I was told that Akbank needed to file an appeal. I have since contacted Akbank’s branch and customer service multiple times, and my transaction was recorded under notification number 8025088721. However, it has been around 20 days with no result. Akbank says they are still waiting for a response from Yapı Kredi. I don’t have a regular income, and the refund of this amount is very important to me financially. I kindly request both banks to expedite the process, refund my money as soon as possible, and resolve my grievance.
