Yapi Kredi Bank's Failure to Deliver Promised Action

I'd like to share my annoying experience with Yapi Kredi Bank. On May 14, 2023, I used my Yapi Kredi bank card to make a purchase, but I did not receive the goods or services promised. I immediately filed an objection with the bank, requesting a refund for the transaction. However, despite a time span of 53 days, Yapi Kredi Bank has shown no initiative to address this issue. Despite the fact that the other party confirmed there would be a refund and directed me to contact my bank, Yap Kredi Bank has failed to meet their commitment within the time frame specified. I believe it is necessary to emphasize that Yapi Kredi Bank has failed to follow the required procedures within the timeframe promised. I kindly request that Yapi Kredi Bank promptly rectify this situation and process my refund. It is reasonable to anticipate a timely resolution to this matter.
