We believe that the location selected for the Yapı Kredi Bank ATM at the address Tekirdağ Çorlu Muhittin Neighborhood, Çetin Emeç Boulevard, Erdim Apartment No:42 is not appropriate and may be in violation of the Condominium Ownership Law. In our opinion, the position of the ATM has not been determined in a manner that complies with the legislation or respects the rights of the building and site residents. This situation has been ongoing for a long time. Although we have contacted the bank many times through various channels regarding this issue and received some responses, no concrete solution has been produced and no corrective action has been taken concerning the location of the ATM. The fact that our complaints have not been taken into consideration is disturbing for us not only from a legal standpoint but also in terms of customer satisfaction and neighborhood relations. We request that the compliance of the ATM’s current location with the Condominium Ownership Law and the relevant legislation be re-examined in detail and that, as a result of this review, the ATM be removed from its current position. I would also like to receive a clear response, either in writing or verbally, explaining the decision taken and the actions to be carried out regarding this matter, together with the reasons.
