Yapi Kredi Bank ATM Took Cash Deposit but Failed to Credit Aktif Bank Account

Today I tried to deposit 1,400 TL (about $44) into my Aktif Bank account using my UPtion card at a Yapı Kredi ATM in Urla, İzmir. During the deposit process, the ATM had no paper, so I was unable to receive a receipt, and the cash amount I deposited was not credited to my account.
When I contacted the bank about the issue, I was informed that there was a system error. However, the problem has still not been resolved, and my deposited money has not been transferred to my account.
I request that Yapı Kredi Bank immediately transfer the $44 I deposited with my UPtion card into my Aktif Bank account, just as similar transactions are handled promptly by Garanti Bank and other banks.
I also want to clearly state that I do not want the bank to hold or use my money in any way during this process. Because of this negative experience and what I consider an unethical approach, I have decided that I will no longer use Yapı Kredi Bank’s ATMs or branches in the future.
I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that the amount I deposited be urgently credited to my Aktif Bank account.
