Yapi Kredi ATM Deposit Missing After QR Code Transaction
On February 14, I attempted to deposit $728 using a QR code at a Yapı Kredi ATM located on 3rd Avenue in Bahçeşehir. During the transaction, I did not receive any error message or cancellation notice. The ATM only physically returned $7 of the amount I was trying to deposit. However, the remaining funds were not credited to my account.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the amount had been returned by the ATM. However, no refund was reflected in my account. I only received the $7 that the ATM physically returned, and the remaining $721 was not credited to my account. My checking account number is 5698**97.
As a result, I have suffered significant financial hardship and am concerned about the status of my funds. I request that the transaction I made on February 14 at the Bahçeşehir 3rd Avenue ATM be thoroughly investigated, that the missing $721 be deposited into my checking account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with written confirmation regarding the outcome of this process.
