AliExpress Hasn’t Refunded My Payment for 15 Days Despite App Confirmation


It took far too long for them to deposit my refund back into my account, and I am exhausted from waiting. The customer service is really poor. If this were in my country, the refund would be processed immediately, regardless of which online shopping app you use. What makes it even worse is that there isn’t even a proper platform where I can submit my complaint, forcing me to search endlessly.
