AliExpress Hasn’t Refunded My Payment for 15 Days Despite App Confirmation

It’s been over 15 days, and I still haven’t received my refund from AliExpress. The app clearly states that the refund would be processed and deposited into my bank account within 3 business days—but that never happened. Even worse, when I contacted customer service, they denied that any refund was in progress at all.
This contradiction is unacceptable. The app and the support team are giving completely different information, leaving me stuck and out of pocket. I’ve waited patiently, followed all the necessary steps, and still ended up with no resolution and no money back.
I demand that my refund be deposited into my account immediately. If this isn’t resolved right away, I’ll have no choice but to file a formal complaint. AliExpress, do right by your customers and fix this now.

An incomplete amount was deposited, but the customer representative said that there was a small deduction because it was from abroad.
