Still Waiting for Shein Order and Unable to Request a Refund
Months ago, I placed an order with Shein, but my package still hasn’t arrived. I am incredibly frustrated as I cannot initiate a refund process because much of the system is in a foreign language, making it nearly impossible to navigate. I feel stuck and don’t know where to turn for assistance.
I need clear guidance on how to proceed with my refund request. Where do I apply for this? This situation is unacceptable, and I am losing trust in Shein's ability to handle customer service. Please help me resolve this issue and process my refund as soon as possible.
