Kiyafet Sepeti Refund Still Not Processed, Customer Service Unresponsive

The refund for the canceled product on June 4th has still not been processed. Neither the clothing was sent nor the refund was issued. The amount was ₺1790. There is no clothing and no refunded money. They took the money for the clothing that was never sent. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and sending emails, I was told the refund would be processed, but it never was. Now, customer service directly hangs up the phone. I am very disappointed with this site, which is so well-known and trusted by everyone. I will file a complaint with the necessary authorities. I demand that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
