I canceled an order on eBay over a month ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. Despite sending multiple emails to follow up, I’ve only received generic, unhelpful responses that keep delaying the process. It’s frustrating to deal with this lack of resolution for such a long time.
As a last resort, I filed a chargeback dispute through my bank and am now waiting for the process to conclude. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a platform as large as eBay. I urge eBay to address this matter immediately and issue my refund without further delays. This experience has seriously shaken my confidence in the platform.
