Zara Store Charged More Than Price Tag and Refused to Fix It Without In-Store Visit

The price of the product was different on the price tag compared to what I was charged on the invoice. I reported this issue to customer service, but they did not solve my problem. The store is not close to my home, and the price difference is not even worth the time or cost to travel back there.

Why is it so difficult for them to help or offer a simple online voucher or store credit to make up for their mistake? Instead, they keep telling me I have to go back to the store—even though it was their error in the first place. This is poor customer service, and I’m very disappointed with how my complaint has been handled.
