Lost EFT and Restricted Mobile Banking at Yapi Kredi Bank

I'm writing to discuss a troubling banking situation I've had. I sent a 50,000 EFT, but it has yet to be processed. To make matters worse, my mobile banking access has been restricted. When I contacted customer service, I informed them of the pending EFT and requested that my mobile banking privileges be restored. They promised that the issues would be resolved in 10-15 minutes. I reached out again after half an hour, but the response was simply that the issue had been escalated. Throughout the day, this pattern repeated itself. To make matters worse, when I called customer service in the evening, I was met with an astonishing claim: the representative claimed I hadn't been contacted before, despite the fact that I had. This has been a frustrating experience, and it is now 10:45 PM, but my mobile banking is still unavailable. In this day and age, such poor banking service is unacceptable.
