I Can’t Get My Refunded Money from Western Union
Hello, I am extremely frustrated with Western Union’s refund process. A transaction was canceled and marked as refunded, but despite several days passing, I still haven’t received my money. I’ve gone back and forth between the branch and Western Union’s customer support, and all I get is being bounced around with no resolution in sight.
The branch keeps telling me to call the general customer service, and when I do, they direct me right back to the branch. It’s been days, and I’m stuck in a loop with neither side taking accountability. No one is taking ownership of the issue, and I’m left without access to my own funds.
I need this refund processed immediately, and I’m demanding clear communication and responsibility from Western Union. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I will escalate this further if it isn’t resolved without delay.
