Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Bank Payment

On 29-07-2026 at around 11:50, I deposited 300 (as seen in the attached payment screenshot) into my Parimatch account. The payment was processed through Punjab National Bank and the transaction page shows that 299.70 rupees were sent by Mofidul Kazi, but the status says that the transaction status could not be updated. Even though the amount has been debited from my bank side, it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. Several hours have now passed since the deposit, and my balance on Parimatch has not changed. I request that my missing deposit either be credited to my Parimatch account without further delay or that my money be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
