Hello, When I tried to initiate an electronic funds transfer (EFT) from my ING account, I was met with the error message "You cannot make an EFT because you do not have an active account." I have an account, but when I called customer service they said it was on hold despite the fact that there was no problem with my account or any security issues. I inquired as to why and was told that they were unable to replicate the issue on their end. How dare you freeze my account with no prior warning or communication (not even an SMS) when there is money in it! The request was acknowledged by your customer service team, but nothing further was done. I need this problem fixed right away. If this problem isn't resolved to my satisfaction, I will file a complaint with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) and seek legal recourse. Take immediate action to fix this.

Hey! Stuck in the same situation right now. How long did it take to unfreeze?
