I Tried to Change My Banking Representative but Got Ignored
This bank is getting worse day by day. They don’t solve any problems, and my personal banking representative acts like nothing is wrong—his responses are always delayed. Even when I manage to get a reply, it’s vague and doesn’t address the actual issue. I’ve been patient for weeks, hoping something would improve, but nothing has changed. None of the issues have been resolved for a long time. I’ve sent five emails to the bank requesting a change of my personal banking representative, but I haven’t even received a proper response. At this point, it seems the only solution is to close all my accounts and stop working with this bank entirely.
As always, of course, Akbank once again took no action. No one calls or asks what the problem is. It's as if we're dealing not with a bank, but with a backstreet grocery store. The situation of this bank is truly pathetic.
