Yandex Go Charged Me for a Taxi Ride I Never Took
On Friday, November 28, I attempted to order a taxi through the Yandex Go app and entered my card information. The fare was clearly shown as $3, and since no driver was found, I canceled the request. However, even though I never took the ride, the amount was still charged to my account. When I contacted Yandex through the app, they insisted that no charge had been made. The transaction doesn’t even show their name on my bank statement.
This situation has caused unbelievable inconvenience and frustration. I urgently request that the $3 taken from my account for a ride I never took be refunded immediately.
