Yandex Go Took an Extra Payment From My Card

After my taxi ride in İzmir on November 26, I noticed that an additional $4 had been charged to my Yapı Kredi card through Yandex Go, even though I had already paid the taxi fare separately. There is no explanation in the transaction details, so I have no idea what this charge is for.

I contacted both Yandex Go and my bank about the issue, but so far, I have not received any response. I consider this unexplained and unauthorized $4 charge to be an improper deduction.

I request that the $4 withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi card under Yandex Go’s name be refunded immediately, and that my account and transactions be reviewed to prevent any similar unauthorized charges in the future.
