During my recent ride with Yandex GO, I was charged twice for the same trip — once through the app and again via the POS machine in the taxi. When I asked the driver, he insisted I had to pay using the POS, even though I had already selected in-app payment.

To avoid conflict, I paid with my card on the POS, but shortly after, I saw that the app had also withdrawn the full fare from my account. I immediately contacted Yandex GO support, and they assured me no additional charge would go through — but it did.

This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the duplicate charge. I hope this was just a mistake, but if not, it needs to be corrected immediately. Yandex GO, fix this now and prevent it from happening to others.
