Yandex Go Overcharged Me — Want Refund Now
On November 27, 2025, at 13:16, I took a ride through the Yandex Go app from Araphasan Mahallesi, 235th Street to İ**** Y********** Neighborhood Clinic. At the end of the trip, the taximeter showed $2, but the driver entered $4 into the app instead, and $4 was withdrawn from my account. While the app advertises discounted rides, I ended up paying more than the actual fare.
Afterward, I contacted the in-app support team, but no solution was provided regarding the issue. I request that the difference between the taximeter amount and the amount charged by the app be refunded to me, and that the necessary checks be carried out to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
