Yandex Go Charged Full Meter Price Without Discount

I have been using Yandex Go actively for a long time, but for the first time, I encountered a major issue. I was charged the full amount shown on the taximeter, with no discount applied through the app — even though I booked the ride via Yandex Go expecting the quoted price or promotional discounts.
If the ride costs exactly the same as hailing a taxi on the street, what is the point of using your app at all?
Worse, I could not reach any in-app support, and the message I sent was completely ignored.
I ended up paying ₺521 in full at the end of the trip without receiving the benefits I was promised.
I demand that Yandex Go explain why the discount was not applied and improve their customer support. Loyal users should not be treated this way.
