Yandex GO Charged Me Extra for One Ride — I Demand a Full Refund Immediately

I used Yandex GO for a 20 km ride, and the payment system completely failed me. During the trip, ₺100 was first withdrawn from my card, then another ₺200, and finally, ₺370 was charged when the ride ended. The actual cost of the trip was ₺370 — so why was I charged an extra ₺300?

This overcharging is unacceptable. I could’ve taken a regular taxi and paid the exact same amount without being charged multiple times along the way. Yandex GO, your system is supposed to offer convenience, not confusion and financial frustration.

I demand a full refund of the additional ₺300 charged to my account. Fix this immediately and ensure your billing process doesn't steal from loyal users.
