Yandex Go Charged Me More for the Same Route - Ignored My Refund Request

Initially, Yandex Go appeared to be dependable, but lately, the app either miscalculates fares or there’s a problem with the drivers using it. Just five days ago, I paid ₺172 for the same route, but this time I got charged ₺317—no changes in distance, traffic, or time at all. I contacted support hoping for a clear explanation or at least a fair look at the situation, but their responses were careless and showed no real effort to fix the problem. They wouldn’t give back the extra charge, and their responses were confusing and didn’t clear anything up. I'm really disappointed with how Yandex Go dealt with something that clearly deserved more care. I didn't expect this kind of service from a company like this.
