I contacted support hoping for a clear explanation or at least a fair look at the situation, but their responses were careless and showed no real effort to fix the problem. They wouldn’t give back the extra charge, and their responses were confusing and didn’t clear anything up. I'm really disappointed with how Yandex Go dealt with something that clearly deserved more care. I didn't expect this kind of service from a company like this.
