Yandex GO Showed ₺352, Then Charged Me ₺455 — I Want a Clear Refund and Explanation

Before I confirmed my ride on Yandex GO, the fare was clearly shown as ₺352. Just one minute before the trip ended, I checked again — the app still showed ₺350. But the moment the driver turned off the taximeter, he said the total was ₺455. How is this even possible?

We didn’t travel an extra ₺103 worth of distance in the final minute. It makes no sense. I contacted Yandex GO support, but their reply was vague and irrelevant — completely unhelpful and dismissive. I don’t know if this was a driver trick or a serious app glitch, but either way, I feel scammed.

I demand a full explanation and a refund of the overcharged amount. Yandex GO, fix your system or hold your drivers accountable — this is not how customers should be treated.
