Yandex Go Charges Full Taxi Fare Instead of Discounted App Rates

I am experiencing a serious issue with Yandex Go. Although I book rides through the app expecting the discounted Yandex rates, I am instead charged the full regular taxi fare every time.

This completely defeats the purpose of using the app. If Yandex Go offers no real fare advantage, why would anyone choose it over hailing a regular cab?

Despite my expectations as a daily taxi user, this issue has continued without resolution. If this problem is not addressed promptly, I plan to report the situation to CİMER and escalate it through all possible channels.

I demand that Yandex Go immediately fix the fare discrepancy and respect the fare structure they promote through the app. Customers deserve honesty and consistency.
