Xsolla Unauthorized Charge and Refund Request

I was recently charged by Xsolla even though I did not complete a purchase and did not receive any product in return. Despite no order being placed, the money was still withdrawn from my card, leaving me frustrated and uncertain about when (or if) the refund will be processed.

I want to emphasize that I did not authorize this charge, and since no goods or services were delivered, the amount taken must be returned. At this point, I simply want to know when the refund will be issued and to have confirmation that the process is in motion.

I demand that Xsolla immediately refund the full amount taken from my card and provide a clear update on the refund timeline. Customers should not be left waiting after being charged for something they never received. I expect an official confirmation that my money is being returned promptly.
