Xsolla Roblox Double Charge – Robux Delivered Only Once

Last night, I purchased Robux through Xsolla for Roblox, and my experience has left me both frustrated and financially harmed. When I made my first payment, the amount was withdrawn from my card, but no Robux were credited to my account. I tried again, thinking it was just a system glitch, but once more, the money was taken without any Robux being delivered.
On the third attempt, I purchased Robux directly in-game, and only then did I receive what I paid for. However, this means that Xsolla charged my card three times in total, but I only received Robux for one of those payments. The first two charges were effectively for nothing.
This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be forced to lose money because of failed transactions on Xsolla’s side.
I demand that Xsolla immediately refund the two extra charges taken from my card and provide written confirmation that this issue has been resolved. I also expect a clear explanation as to why payments were processed without delivering the purchased Robux. If this problem is not corrected quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the relevant authorities.
