Xsolla Roblox Unauthorized USD Charges on Ziraat Credit Card

Recently, I discovered that my Ziraat Bank credit card was used for multiple USD-based transactions connected to platforms such as XSOLLA*ROBLOX and tapin.gg. These charges were made without my knowledge, consent, or involvement, and no verification messages or alerts were sent to me during the transactions.

This situation is deeply concerning as it indicates a lack of proper security and authorization checks. I did not authorize these purchases, nor did I receive any confirmation codes or warnings at the time of payment. As a result, unauthorized amounts were withdrawn from my account, leaving me financially impacted.

I formally dispute these charges and request that Ziraat Bank immediately refund the full amount withdrawn without my approval. Additionally, I expect the bank to investigate how these charges were processed without two-step verification and to ensure that my card information is not used again fraudulently.
