On August 20, 2025, around 08:00 a.m., a payment of ₺439 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account through Xsolla for Brawl Stars without my knowledge or authorization. I did not approve this transaction, nor did I receive any confirmation request for it. This was done entirely without my consent, and it is the first time I have ever encountered such a problem.
I am very concerned about how this payment could have been processed without my approval. I am unsure if there is a security vulnerability in my account or within the payment system, but what is clear is that I was wrongly charged.
I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺439 and expect Xsolla to conduct a proper investigation into how this happened. Customers must be protected from unauthorized payments, and such issues should not be ignored.
I request that my complaint be handled urgently and my financial loss reimbursed as quickly as possible.
