Unauthorized $10 Charge to Xsolla via Vodafone Mobile Payment
On September 25, a charge of approximately $10 was made to Xsolla through Vodafone mobile payment without my knowledge or authorization. I do not know which game, app, or service this payment was made for, and I did not provide any approval for the transaction. The charge appears on my Vodafone bill under the code “b003.”
I have not yet contacted Vodafone or Xsolla customer service regarding this issue. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and the amount refunded to me.
I kindly ask that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
