On September 29, 2025, a ₺579.77 unauthorized charge was made by Xsolla on my QNB credit card’s virtual card. I do not recognize Xsolla, nor have I made any purchases or subscriptions through this company. The transaction appears clearly on my account statement, but there is no approval or action on my part related to it.
I request that the charged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
