XM Closed My Account and Confiscated ₺800 Gains After False Third-Party Trading Claim

I’m writing this out of complete frustration and disappointment with XM. After finally starting to make consistent profits on their platform, totaling around ₺800, my account was suddenly flagged and shut down. The reason? They claimed that someone else had been trading on my behalf—which is absolutely untrue. I have never shared my credentials or authorized any third-party to access or use my account.

Instead of providing any proof, XM simply seized my entire profit and terminated my account. No formal investigation, no chance to appeal, and zero transparency throughout the process. This is not how a trustworthy broker should operate.

I contacted their support team, expecting at least a discussion or an opportunity to defend myself. But all I received were vague, scripted responses and the repeated excuse that I had violated terms I know I never broke. It feels like they were just waiting for an excuse to keep my profits once I started winning.

I am extremely dissatisfied and feel robbed. XM needs to immediately review my case, return the ₺800 they unfairly took, and reinstate my account—or at least provide real evidence of their claim. I urge others to be cautious if they consider using this platform.
