I had three separate accounts with XM Global, and all of them were reset and then completely closed without my approval or any notification. My accounts had been reset for about a week, and as of yesterday, they were fully closed. As a result, I suffered a major financial loss of approximately $80,000.
Before my accounts were closed, my positions were fully hedged, and I had more than enough balance to maintain those positions. Despite this, my accounts were still reset and shut down. When I contacted XM Global about the issue, they provided nothing more than a general explanation stating that market spreads can fluctuate and that the situation was not related to their company. This explanation does not reasonably or satisfactorily justify the loss I experienced or the closure of my accounts.
I have emails and screenshots showing my account activity and the situation. I am requesting that XM Global fully refund the approximately $80,000 that was wrongfully wiped from my accounts and that all three closed accounts be restored to their previous state.
