XM Global Still Hasn’t Processed My Withdrawal—Documents Sent, No Response

I submitted a withdrawal request to XM Global over a week ago, and since then, I’ve been caught in a never-ending loop of document requests. I provided everything they asked for—ID, proof of address, account details—yet my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed.

I’ve reached out via email, but no one responds. When I contact customer service, all they say is, “Please wait, your request is under review.” That’s the only answer I’ve received for days, with no timeline, no updates, and no resolution. It feels like I’m being stalled deliberately.

XM Global, I demand immediate action. I followed every instruction and sent all required documents—now release my ₺ without further delay. This is not how a trusted trading platform should operate.
