XM Global Deleted My $1,300 Profit and Only Returned My Initial Deposit

I deposited money into XM Global, opened a trade, and made a profit. After successfully closing my position, I requested a $1,300 withdrawal. Instead of processing my request, they completely erased my profit and only returned my initial deposit. Now, my account shows no balance, and when I try to check, I only see a vague “Important Announcement” message with no explanation. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but I’m getting no response.
