On October 24, 2025, I deposited a total of $6,993 into my XM Global account using the MetaTrader 5 platform. When I tried to withdraw my money, I noticed that the withdrawal request had been canceled, and several trades had been made on my account without my permission. As a result, I can no longer withdraw my funds and have suffered a total loss of about ₺290,000.
I contacted XM customer service multiple times regarding this issue but have not received any clear or satisfactory response. Despite my account being under guarantee and within the scope of the service agreement, my problem remains unresolved. The payment was made via TEB Bank, and my customer number is 331650629. All my transactions were carried out through the mobile app from Denizli, Turkey. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I urgently request that my loss be compensated and that the entire amount I deposited be refunded to me without delay.
