I Face Missing $2,500 From XM Global Withdrawal Despite Successful Transaction Notice

On August 28, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of $3,250 from my XM Global Standard account (No. 91742052) via bank transfer using Pratik Ödeme ve Elektronik Hizmetleri. However, only part of the money was credited to my account, and approximately $2,500 is still missing.
I contacted customer support multiple times, and each time I was told that the transfer would be completed within 2–5 business days. I even received an email confirming that the transaction was “successful.” Yet, despite asking for a receipt or proof of transaction, no document has been provided.
I also spoke with my bank, which confirmed that the missing funds have not been credited to my account. No explanation, deduction, or fee has been communicated to justify the missing balance.
It has now been more than 5 business days, and my issue remains unresolved. I urgently request that the missing $2,500 be credited to my account immediately and that this transaction be properly investigated with full transparency.
