On 16/09/2025, I requested to withdraw ₺1070 from my XM online investment account (No: 361270770). However, the funds have not been transferred to my bank account, and no resolution has been provided since that date. I contacted customer service multiple times and submitted support tickets, but I only receive automated replies with no actual assistance or solution. This issue has caused significant frustration as it directly concerns my investment account and money. I demand that my ₺1070 withdrawal be processed immediately and that XM take responsibility by providing a clear explanation and a permanent solution to prevent similar delays in the future.
